Patrícia Fernandes discovered her love for words on her mother’s lap, when she told her stories at mealtime.
At the age of seven, as soon as she learned to read, her father would fall asleep reading to her. Later, as a teenager, when his emotions were becoming complicated, he would write poems that he hid in his school notebooks.
It was at the age of twenty-three, after waking up from a dream filled with magical elements, that he decided to start writing his first manuscript, and to give shape to his dreams that have always been creative, whether in a happy or frightening dimension.
His favorite author is Stephen King and he has a huge crush on Mary Shelley, especially for the way she expresses emotions. The influence of both authors is undeniable in The Legend of the Chimeras.
