Diogo Pereira, better known as DJ Higuita, is from Amarante and has been passionate about the art of deejaying for over 30 years.
His journey began when he was still young, driven by the curiosity of understanding how to harmonize the mixing of two songs — a technical challenge that quickly awakened a deep vocation for electronic music.
Over the decades, DJ Higuita has refined his technique and built a unique sound identity, marked by musical sensitivity, rhythmic diversity and contagious energy. More than just “playing” music, Higuita aims to tell a story in each set, creating atmospheres that adapt to the audience and the moment — always searching for the right beat.
A constant presence at events, parties and cultural gatherings, DJ Higuita is recognized for his dedication, experience and ability to transform dance floors into true sound journeys.
